This one is putting it out hard and fast. Not one or two a day, but up to a dozen one right after another every day.
You know the kind: pretending to be iCloud/Googledrive/unspecified cloud storage and guess what: YOUR ACCOUNT IS GOING TO CLOSE TODAY!!! YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR FILES!!!!
Man, that isn't even how it works. Is this person/bot stupid or what? No one is dumb enough to fall for this shit, are they? Surely not when you get ten of the exact same emails in a row one day after another. Sure it's landing in the SPAM folder, but so do things that do not belong there so smart people have to check and make sure what's sorted as 'spam' really is 'spam'. Boy oh boy does "juanita_hammes_" qualify as spam!
This assault on sensibility leaves me wondering how dumb people can be, and also if there is some 'advantage' to this pointless mass-spamming from this agent. I can't imagine what there is to gain from filling people's spam folders with spam.
I think we'll just go with "the stupid trying to scam the stupider".
