Scraps of stories
I've been writing bits of the story ideas I have in my head. It's not as exciting as it may seem, as there is no real reason to write any of it - save my own amusement.
For one thing, it's technically "fan fiction" - which means (most) of the characters and the situation are copyrighted which precludes me from claiming ownership and/or profiting by it. Never mind, as that was never my intent. In fact I entertained the idea that if the owners of the copyright wanted they could have all that I created, for free and without obligation, as my thanks for the joy their original efforts have brought me. "Payment in kind" sort of thing.
Nevertheless, I do sometimes write the ideas down instead of just keeping them in my head. This means I can re-write them, and even more to the point re-read them, more easily for my own amusement.
This venue, as well as any other, is not suitable for sharing the lengthy "full story", but I may from time to time post some of the humorous vignettes.
I don't know. Time will tell.
