Unreasonable reasoning
The headline I just read informed me that AI isn't the biggest cyber-security threat, people are.
Well duh, and not just because people created and run most of the AI scams (to be fair, three companies have admitted that their AI agents have committed crimes all on their own without any human prompting).
So the news would have us ignore any and all AI security threats because people are so much worse, even when not using AI.
To put this in proper perspective, it's like a doctor saying "we shouldn't bother putting your broken arm in a cast because you have cancer".
